Company Policies


We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Saturday deliveries may be available upon request. Most orders (except custom orders) are filled and shipped within 1-2 business days if items are in stock. Partial shipments may be arranged. We primarily use USPS and UPS for small shipments and several freight companies for large shipments. Customers may request their preferred carriers and shipping methods. Though we strive to honor your requests, we reserve the right to change the shipping carrier or method if needed.


All returns and exchanges are at the sole discretion of ADI. We reserve the right to apply a 20% restocking fee for returned goods. Customers must obtain our approval for returned goods. Returns must be made no later than 14 days after the date of purchase. Returned products must be in original packaging. CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. We make no warranties as to the suitability of a product for a particular use.


We will make every effort to cancel orders when requested. You will be responsible for any costs incurred up to the point where your order can be cancelled. These costs may include shipping, restocking and other fees. THERE ARE NO CANCELLATIONS OF CUSTOM OR SPECIAL ORDERS.


We believe that the confidentiality and protection of our customers' information is extremely important. This is why we want you to know how we will handle information we obtain about you when you visit our site. We do not collect personal information about you when you visit our site unless you choose to provide such information to us. We may use this information to contact you upon your request. WE WILL NEVER SELL, TRADE OR LEASE YOUR INFORMATION TO ANY OUTSIDE ORGANIZATION FOR SOLICITATION OR ANY OTHER PURPOSE.
